Position Description / Objective:Provides a consistent example of great customer service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel. Ensures that every customer is helped in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. Promotes a safe and clean working environment for all employees. Provides leadership and direction to all employees under their supervision. Answer customer service calls and monitors the phones. Supervises and trains the agents. Communicates training issues, new policies, etc. Ensure adherence to all procedures set forth by the companies that contract NAC to perform work. Responsible for U.S. customs processing for in bound/outbound shipments. Responsible for Daily cash reports, daily updates of inbound/outbound logs, and monthly invoicing to companies. Keeps in daily contact with TSA, U.S. Customs, customers, and airline representatives that NAC is acting as agent for. Requires hands on work with inbound/outbound freight and entry of air bills and information into the computer system. Other duties as assigned.
Required skills and experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Valid Alaska drivers license with good driving record. Must be able to operate a pallet jack and frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Forklift experience and six months related experience and/or training preferred. Position Title:Cargo Ramp Lead

Position Description / Objective:Ensures the safe and proper operation of all equipment by all cargo ramp agents under their supervision. Provides leadership and direction to all employees under their supervision. Responsible for the training of assigned employees including new hires. Ensures every customer is helped promptly and courteously when delivering or picking up freight. Ensures the proper loading and unloading of all manifested freight and mail in a safe, accurate and timely manner, and that all loads are properly secured in the aircraft. Organizes the activity of assigned shift to maximize efficiency and service to the customer. Responsible for the accuracy of all required paperwork and documentation. Responsible for resolving issues involving missing freight. Ensures adherence to all procedures in the Manuals for cargo ramp agents. Makes sure all jobs assigned to their shift are completed.
Required skills and experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Previous supervisory experience preferred. Possess a valid Alaska driver’s license with good driving record for past five years. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Able to work well with other employees. Work with and without direct supervision. Airline experience helpful. Position Description / Objective:Works as part of our information systems department as a direct liaison between end-users and applications programmers. Works directly with end users and managers to help define their requirements for new or enhanced information services. Studies problems and needs of the organization in order to help determine how people, methods, and information technology can best be leveraged to bring about maximum benefit to the organization. Performs analysis and troubleshooting of application problems. Provides support for all aspects of enterprise application lifecycle development to include: project management, training, user acceptance testing, go-live, and production support. Required skills and experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar field. Minimum of 3 years experience as a systems analyst or similar role. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirements on a year for year basis. Strong written and oral communication skills are required for this position. Fundamental knowledge of network technology, database design, application programming, system requirements definition, structuring of system requirements, application security, and user interface design fundamentals. Strong consideration will be made for individuals possessing experience working in aviation or other transportation-related industry. Business Objects and/or Oracle or MSSQL database skills are highly desirable.

Position Title:Authorized Inspector

Position Description / Objective:The Authorized Inspector will be responsible for assuring compliance with the inspection standards outlined in Company Maintenance Manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations by performing the following duties. Perform inspection functions on all Company aircraft and engines in accordance with policies and procedures as outlined in the Company General Maintenance Manual and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals. Insure compliance with FAA Regulations, manufacturers Service Bulletins and Company Operations Specifications pertaining to Company aircraft and/or aircraft components. Insure inspection completion on all Required Inspection Items as listed in the Company General Maintenance Manual. Review all maintenance paperwork, routine and non-routine work items, pilot reports, and deferred maintenance items for completion, to determine the aircraft airworthiness prior to the maintenance release of the aircraft. Keep current on all manual revisions, changes in Company policies and procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations. Submit recommendations and/or changes in maintenance and inspection procedures that will improve Company maintenance policies and procedures. Report any airworthiness or safety related items that are brought to their attention. Refer any disagreements of the findings or decisions made by an Authorized Inspector to the Director of Quality Control. Perform maintenance on company aircraft, and aircraft components including, but not limited to, periodic aircraft service checks, aircraft line maintenance, servicing and dispatch. Aircraft and aircraft component overhaul, repair, disassembly, assembly and general maintenance. Sign for, and be held accountable for, all work accomplished on company aircraft and components. Regular attendance and shift work is required.
Required skills and experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Valid Alaska Drivers License. Must possess valid FAA A&P license. Requires Boeing 737 experience. Able to sign for and be held accountable for all work accomplished on company aircraft and components.
