Northern Air Cargo has launched "NAC CAN".

NAC CAN is a change in the way we do business, and our goal is to drastically speed up the time we take accepting your freight and decrease the time you spend picking it up.

Here are some of the highlights of NAC CAN:

• Facility changes: NAC is designating 4 different drop off zones for your convenience - Oversize loads, Small Package Shipping, the Dock for big rigs and Drive Up for small vehicle/box truck loads.
• Customer Service: NAC customer service representatives and warehouse agents will be working together inside the main freight area checking in freight, labeling, and providing airway bills, all at one time.
• Customer Information: The front desk will now be set up with a dedicated staff for customer problem resolution, and providing customer solutions as to how, when and at what rates your goods will get to their destination.
