Q: What is your schedule?
A: We offer scheduled service six days a week, with flights to each of our hubs 3-5 days a week, weather and other factors permitting. Additional flights are sometimes scheduled based on demand. Flight Schedule

A: Please see our Tariff. Other fees such as a Hazardous Material fee, Origin Advance fee, a U. S. Federal Transportation Tax, etc. may apply.

Q: How do I change an air waybill or invoice?
A: If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact Customer Service or call 1-800-727-2141.

Q: Do you ship to …?
A: We ship, either directly or indirectly, to all over northern, western, and southwest Alaska. Please see our General Freight Destinations and Charter and Flagstop Destinations.
Q: Can you ship my …?
A: Northern Air Cargo specializes in shipping all kinds of freight, including vehicles, oversized freight, declared hazardous materials and hazardous waste, radio-active materials, human remains, live animals, and small packages.
Q: What do you not ship?
- Live Passengers
- Vehicles over 17 feet long
- Individual items over 12,000 lbs.
- Anything longer than 50 feet
- Anything forbidden by either the United States or Alaska State governments, such as controlled substances, and undeclared hazardous materials, etc.
Q: How do I ship alcohol to "damp" villages?
A: Please see Guidelines provided by the Alaska State Troopers for shipping alcoholic beverages.
Q: How fast will my freight move?
A: PRIORITY service freight will move on the next available flight to your destination providing we receive it as least two hours prior to the flight.
NACPAC service is also guaranteed to move on our next available flight providing we receive it at least 60 minutes prior to the flight departure.
GENERAL service will be shipped to the appropriate hub in 2-4 days.
Q: How long will it take my snowmachine or ATV to arrive?
A: Snowmachines and ATVs shipped as General Service will arrive at the designated NAC hub within two weeks. Priority Service is also available.
Q: How do I open a credit account?
A: Fill out our Credit Account Application form and allow at least one week for processing. The speed with which an account can be approved depends on prompt responses from your credit reference. Notifying them to expect contact from us, may help to speed up the process.
Q: How can I get a community service donation?
A: Northern Air Cargo does make contributions to community groups and organizations on a limited basis. These may include, free or reduced rate freight, merchandise, or free-freight certificates.
If you are interested please submit a request with contact information at least three weeks prior to your event. Please be aware that we cannot grant all requests.
